万科主场的预售有问题吗?

话说前段时间我去万科主场看了房,并在销售的邀请下加入了客户微信群。下面是我在微信群里见到的全部聊天记录,截图如下。

1. 销售蓄客建群阶段,几无人声。

2. 5月7号晚上,万科主场开盘,客户微信群终于开始热闹了。

3. 有“客户”觉得“价格真不高”,看来很有“来头”嘛!也许是“吃相太难看”。

4. 但是,说便宜也要讲个基本法嘛。C类装修等级不容否认吧!

我现在的房子就是万科的所谓精装修房。那些装修,真是一头包!

5. 关键问题来了,有客户提出了“一房多卖”的质疑!

我也是不客气,跟出了五个字。

然后,然后就没有在里面了。

后记:一房多卖这个质疑应该容易消除吧?反过来想,销售这么做,难道是真有问题

我也是不客气,跟出了五个字。

然后,然后就没有在里面了!!!!!!!!

后记:一房多卖这个质疑应该容易消除吧?反过来想,销售这么做,难道是真有问题?

户型确实不适合居家。

价格稍微偏高,但户型实在是差。也不清楚普提金的烂尾处理得怎么样了。万科的招牌,应该不会允许出问题吧?可是销售移人出群的做法,又增添了怀疑。

还有,之前还说认筹金是20万!!!

我买房子少,不清楚为啥要这高。

不过昨天听说是认筹金好像变成2万(5万?)了
