今日读书收获，很大，很多，虽然就下面一小段话。
普通人做到其中一点就很厉害了。
我曾经在2016年被领导要求“开放”，即open–mind和get the vision from others。
PS，希望我不要过两天就忘记了，虽然很可能会忘。
The excellent people have a lot in common.
1) they are all independent thinkers who do not let anything or anyone stand in the way of achieving their audacious goals
2) they have very strong mental maps of how things should be done, and at the same time a willingness to test those maps in the world of reality and change the ways they do things to make them work better.
3) they are extremely resilient, because their need to achieve what they envision is stronger than the pain they experience as they struggle to achieve it.
4) perhaps most interesting, they have a wider range of vision than most people, either because they have vision themselves or because they know how to get it from others who can see what they cant.
5) they are simultaneously creative, systematic, and practical. They are assertive and open–minded at the same time.
