GUIDEBOOK FOR VIP MEMBERS
一、VIP卡申领规则：
I. Qualification for Application
百联奥特莱斯广场(武汉•盘龙)VIP卡申领者须满足以下两项条件：
The applicant who meets both conditions stated below is admitted membership and granted VIP card of BAILIAN OUTLETS PLAZA (WUHAN PANLONGCHENG CHAIN STORE):
1、顾客凡在百联奥特莱斯广场(武汉•盘龙)当天消费满5000元或年内消费累计满20000元(餐饮/饮酒/黄金珠宝/数码手机/宝大祥及家电等除外)，即可申领贵宾会员卡一张(每人限领一张)。
1. Any customer of RMB5000 daily spending or RMB20000 annual spending (Food, drink, gold, jewelry, electronic product, mobile phone, Baodaxiang, appliances and the like excluded) at BAILIAN OUTLETS PLAZA (WUHAN PANLONGCHENG CHAIN STORE) is qualified for applying for one VIP member card (One member card per customer only).
2、申领人需出示本人有效证件(身份证)及本广场消费凭证。请认真填写贵宾卡申领表。内容应真实、准确，所填项目须无遗漏。
2. The applicant is anticipated to present valid personal certificate (ID card) and customer receipt of the store. Please kindly complete application form for VIP card member truly, correctly and in detail.
3、本广场内部员工不得申领并参加任何与VIP会员卡有关的优惠活动。
3. Any staff of the store is not granted any discount promotion in relation to VIP member card.

II. How to Enjoy Membership?
VIP会员卡的发行及规则的承认：
Issuance & Admittance
1、请贵宾会员认真填写信息资料，确保信息的真实有效，如有变动及时到客服中心办理资料变更手续，以免错失各项活动。会员VIP卡遗失，需凭本人有效证件，方可办理补卡登记。并收取工本费每张10元。
1. The VIP member is anticipated to complete personal information for the purpose of authentication and validity; any change of member information is subject to registration alteration with Customer Service Center for fear of any perspective discount and/or promotion exclusively for membership. Any VIP member who loses the member card is required to present valid personal credential for registration renewal, together RMB10 as compensation for reissuing cost.
2、请会员本人拿到卡后妥善保管使用，因会员保管不当或借予他人使用造成的损失，由会员自行承担。
2. You’re kindly reminded to properly keep your VIP member card. Any damage due to improper keeping or unauthorized lending is the sole responsibility of the card holder.
3、贵宾会员卡规定一人一卡制，限本人使用，不可转让；并且持卡人不得代替他人购物，为保护贵宾会员个人利益，我广场有权拒绝其他人用您的会员卡；
3. VIP member card is for the card holder only and nonassignable; the card holder is not permitted to purchase for any one other than himself; the store is entitled to reject anyone who uses your VIP member card for the sake of your rights and privacy.
三、VIP卡的使用期限：
III. Period of Validity
VIP卡时效为一年,VIP卡有效期与VIP卡积分有效期相同，截止日期：次年12月31日。
The term of VIP member card is one year, which is equivalent to that of VIP integrals as of Dec 31 of the next calendar year.
四、VIP卡积分清零规则：
IV. Clearance of VIP Integrals
系统在次年的12月31日 零点进行积分清零。
The VIP integrals are subject to clearance at 00:00:00 on Dec 31 of the next calendar year.
五、VIP会员权益：
V. Rights & Interests of VIP Member
A、累积积分、获取返利：Aggregate integrals for Reimbursable Interests
1. Integrals =Invoiced Sum × Integral Rate
A类商品每消费1元积1分，B类商品每消费20元积1分，C类商品不积分，退货时扣除相应积分。(A、B、C类商品划分详见客服中心公告)
1 integral per RMB1 spending for Category A product; 1 integral per RMB20 spending for Category B product; no integral for spending for Category C product; returning goods are subject to deduction of equivalent integral(For more details on classified Categories A, B & C products, see billboard at Customer Service Center).
积分自VIP卡办理后开始累计(计算)(第一次申领金额不计入内)。
The integral is to add up (Calculate) from the date of member registration(Excl. initial application fee).
2.积分方式：POS
机实时计算积分，并存入VIP卡。
2. Method for integral: POS real-time calculation of integral and memory in VIP card.
3.返 利：返 利=积分×返 利率
3. Reimbursable interest=Integral × Reimbursable Rate
4.返 利计算：采用四舍五入法，精确到元。
4. Calculation of reimbursable interest: rounded to RMB1 Yuan.
5.返 利等同于现金价值，可以在返利当日于广场各商户内直接交易，支付货款。
5. Reimbursable interest equals to par value in cash, which is entitled to direct trading as payment for goods to any dealer within the plaza on the date of reimbursement.
6.使用返利支付的部分不再计入积分，多种支付方式同时并存时，可积分的支付金额顺序分摊到各商品。
6. The said payment for goods by reimbursable interest is not to count as integral; in the case of combined payment of multiple methods, the sum payable by reimbursement is to amortize among the products with priority.

l投诉处理：对于VIP的投诉,第一时间安排处理,在24小时内回复；
lTreatment of complaint: complaint of VIP member is subject to treatment with priority and reply within 24h
l活动独享：免费短信获悉VIP活动咨询、获邀参加VIP会员特卖活动，享“联盟商户”提供的折扣优惠；
lExclusive discount/promotion: inform by free message of VIP discount/promotion; invite to participate in VIP member discount/promotion; entitle to preferential discount among member dealers
l停车服务；
lFree parking
l不定期邀约参加会员沙龙活动：
lInvite the member to join in member salon as the case may be
高端会员：年度累计消费高于20万分(含20万分)除享有普通会员权益外，另享有：
High-end member: Aggregate annual spending more than 200000 integrals (200000 integrals included) is entitled to following rights and interests in addition to those for common member
l可获赠精美的贺卡礼；
lExquisite New-Year greeting card for free
l高端会员生日，将由专员精心呈献惊喜礼品；
lDelicate gift send by dedicated staff to congratulate birthday of high-end member
l免费包装等增值服务，免费送货(仅限武汉市区)；
lValue-added service such as free packing and etc; free delivery (Within Wuhan downtown area)
l预约享受高端会员尊贵私人全程陪同导购服务；
lAppointment for exclusive whole-process attended shopping guide for high-end member
l独享“贵宾休息室厅”：宽带上网、液晶电视观赏、 免费茶水、咖啡、餐点品尝；
lExclusive VIP Lobby with broadband net surfing, LCD TV, free tea, coffee & dissert
lVIP高端派对邀约。
lAppointment of VIP high-end members’ party
l不定期参加购物后手机幸运抽奖赠礼活动：
lLottery of mobile phone after shopping as the case may be
l享积分年终超值再返利优惠；
lDouble reimbursement and discount for VIP member of exceeding integral at the year end
l折上折优惠：每年推出品牌折扣本，消费满一定积分可免费领取(品牌折扣本限在本广场使用)。高端VIP会员凭折扣券到指定品牌折扣店可享受折扣本上指定的折中折优惠及其他优惠活动。(宝大祥/餐饮/烟酒/家电/素金类/化妆品不可使用，部分商铺不参加活动)；
lPreferential double discount: free issuance of yearly discount voucher for name brands when a given sum of spending is reached(Discount voucher for name brands is valid at Panlongcheng chain store only). High-end VIP member is entitled to double discount and other promotion at appointed franchised stores against discount voucher(Baodaxiang, food, drink, cigarette, wine, hardware, cosmetics excluded, partial stalls excluded)
六．其他活动
VI. Miscellaneous
l本广场将及时向贵宾会员传递有关重大营销活动、会员特别活动等信息。
lThe VIP member will be informed of any information on major promotion, VIP member specific promotion and etc on a timely basis.
lSpecial shopping for VIP members will be held for any newly opened discount store of first-class international name brands.
