I am sorry, that I really don’t want to say dirty words, but I have to say that your sales person at my local store sucks!

Your store in my area is located in the town center with so many population flows.

I am going to get married soon, so my girlfriend, my mother and I went to your store to buy two pure white gold items:One pair of long earrings and one pair of short with moon shape. But when we returned back, my girlfriend found that there is a crack in the long item, which is about one centimeters long.

I stayed in US for five years, and I am sure that as long as it is not our fault(you can use your technicians to check it, if you have some) , we can change it of course. But I was wrong! Totally wrong!

My mother went back the next day (yesterday actually). The mother-fucking sales person refused to change it!!! She said once left your fucking counter no exchange or refund! But how come? We just bought it for ONE day! And my mother was asking for exchange for what we had paid not , refund!! But there were so many exchanges.

Then my mother talked to my girlfriend, and after century-long negotiation, your fucking sales person agreed to change one for the one RMB30 cheaper, but refused to refund the difference. I was totally shocked when my girlfriend told me all these. If I were her, I would lose my temper and call for 110 and the Consumers’ Association! And still I am trying to do that , because this fucking experience in your fucking store totally upset me and so rude and so fucking unbelievable!
