Responsibilities:
1. Traveling arrangement, including hotel reservation, flight booking, car arrangement etc.
2. Administration work, including office supply management, conference room management, support on company event.
3. Documents managing.
4. Professional In/External phone call handle.
5.Contact admin related vendors and purchase office essential include name card, meals confirmation. Making related purchasing requisition, payment requisition and follow up the payment.
6.Office equipment management, such as projectors, printers.
7.Other admin related work and some temporary other department work.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor, 2+ year related admin experience.
2. Fluent in both oral and written English.
3. Flexibility, initiative and commitment in a business of rapid growth. Demonstrated excellent team work spirit.
4. Good computer skills such as MS office software.
5. Patient, careful, high sense of responsibility.
6. Good interpersonal skills with both Chinese and foreigners, willing to learn more.
