门槛石安装才能刷地面防水，地面涂刷防水遍数为两遍，阳台必须刷防水。

砌墙工艺

砌墙上面小砖斜砌，底部两块小砖墙垫，每600高植入两根钢筋，新墙与老墙连接处，老墙剥砂浆粉层不低于100mm宽，整体挂钢网，新砌墙体水泥砂浆粉完成型垂直误差小于20mm，平整度小于5mm，门洞误差小于5mm
